Well the traditonal recipes are with prok meat well not all of them but a part so we have to post some recipes who dose not conține porck right?
Ok lets start cooking
Lets start with a soup "BEAF SOUP"
2 lbs/1 kg beef, 3 qts/3 l water, 2 carrots, 1 parsley root, 1 celery root, 1 green pepper, 1 onion and a few yellow peelings from the onion, 5 juniper berries (optional), 1 bay leaf (optional), salt, noodles (or dumplings, rice)
Set to boil the beef with the cold water. Let the pot uncovered until the liquid starts foaming. Remove this foam periodically with the slotted spoon until foaming stops. Add the vegetables, juniper berries, bay leaf and a little salt. Cover the pot almost but not completely and let boil, at low temperature, for 3 hours. When it is ready, strain into another pot. The soup has to boil slowly to be really tasty. Serve with the desired accompaniment (noodles, dumplings, rice, etc.)
"LAMB WITH MUSHROOMS"
1 lb/500 g lamb, 1 lb/500 g mushrooms, 2 onions, 2 tablespoons souor cream, 1 tablespoon lard, salt, pepper, flour
Cube the meat, salt and let sit for 30 minutes. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut in pieces. Dredge the meat with flour and fry in hot lard, add chopped onion and the mushrooms. Fry everything at very low heat for 20 minutes. Add sour cream, pepper and salt if needed. Let simmer, covered, until the meat is tender. If there is not enough sauce, add a little water.
"PEAS WITH BEEF"
1 lb/500 g beef, 2 lbs/1 kg shelled peas, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons lard, 1/2 teaspoon flour, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, salt, chopped dill, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 2 tablespoons milk), 1 cup beef broth or water
Cut the meat in bite size pieces, fry in lard, then add a finely chopped onion and let it fry just a little. Add the flour, mix, so that it does not fry and then add the beef broth or water. Cover and let boil at slow temperature until the meat is almost tender. Add the peas, salt, sugar, dill, sour cream or milk and let boil at slow temperature until most of the liquid is gone. You can replace the fried onion with grated raw onion. In this case, add with the broth or water.
And now soemthing sweet "APPLE PIE"
Strudel dough, butter to grease the pan, confectioner's sugar with vanilla flavor; Filling: 2 lbs/1 kg apples, 2-3 tablespoons water, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinammon, 2 tablespoons butter for greasing the dough
Peel the apples, grate on the vegetable grater or slice very thinly and set to boil with 2-3 tablespoons of water, stirring continuously. When the apples have softened, add the sugar and let boil until they become like a paste. Remove from heat and let cool. When cold, add the cinammon. Continue as for cottage cheese pie, replacing the cottage cheese filling with apple filling. When the pie is done, cut into squares and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.

Buna,
deasupra peste umplutura. Se pune umplutura peste prapur in tigaie,
